In continuous efforts of Sub Division R S Pura to eradicate menace of Social Evils today after getting specific information joint Naka was laid at Bhatyari, Bishnah by Bishnah Police and DSB officials. During Naka one Scooty bearing registration no- 2474/JK02BU was intercepted and all three riders were thoroughly checked. During checking Rupees forty four thousands (44000/-) fake currency has been recovered from their possession. All three persons have been identified as-
1. Harmeet Singh s/o Tarlok Singh r/o sanjay nagar Jammu (10000/- fake currency recovered)
2. Mohinder Kumar @ Baba s/o Janak Raj r/o Chak Bala, R S Pura ( 12000 fake currency recovered)
3. Ramesh Kumar @ Doctor s/o Bhajan Lal r/o Chak Bala, R S PURA  (22000 fake Currency recovered.) Fake currency has been recovered in denomination notes of 500 and 2000.
In this connection  case FIR- 238/17 u/s 489C RPC has been registered against all three acussed persons.
The arrest was made by Insp Pritpal Singh SHO Bishnah along with DSB officials under the close  supervision of SDPO R S Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP HQ Jammu R C Kotwal.
