After written assurance from Higher Education deptt 6 years has gone still waiting for PG classes & Doda University campus: AISF

 The Doda campus of University of Jammu is yet to take off after the inauguration by the then Higher Education Minister J&K state Jenab Abdul Gani Malik on 22th December 2010 in the premise of Govt Higher Secondary School (B) Doda in presence of Ex.MLA Doda Abdul Majeed Wani, Ex.MLC Khalid Najeeb Surhawardy, former Deputy Commissioner Doda Farooq Ahmed Khan, Former Rector Bhaderwah Campus JU besides number of media persons and local public said Mukesh Parihar, National Council Member of All India Students Federation (AISF) and leader of AISF- J&K.

The same Campus was inaugurated by the Former Chief Minister of the state Ghulam Nabi Azad on 27th June in 2008 said Mukesh Parihar

Mukesh Parihar said that from last 6 years Post Graduate classes and Doda Campus, Jammu University has not been started in Govt Degree College Doda after AISF Doda's Long Hunger Strike of 15 days. During the hunger strike Doda city was fully band three times.

Then DC Doda Farooq Khan, ADC Doda Ghulam Nabi Balwan and others on the written assurance from Higher Education Minister to start PG classes in GDC Doda.

AISF apealled University Authority especially VC of Jammu University to start PG classes in GDC Doda and JK Govt to start Doda University campus at Doda
